Comparative European DigCompEdu Framework (JRC) and Common Framework for Teaching Digital Competence (INTEF) through expert judgment

Digital technology, as one of the elements Knowledge Society, assumes a determining role in educational systems, where teachers is fundamental. Along these lines, different institutions support importance teaching digital skills, proposing models and conceptual frameworks. In them, knowledge skills that must develop are classified, combining technological, professional, organizational pedagogical capacities, with dimensions descriptors. The objective this article to compare evaluate feasibility DigCompEdu European Competence Framework for Teachers (JRC) Common Teaching (INTEF). To do this, it decided carry out theoretical reflection on said frameworks subsequent Delphi study coefficient expert competence (CEC). 335 people participated, which 275 (82.1%) were considered experts (CEC ≥ 0.8). results indicate that, although they very similar, most endorsed by experts. Finally, idea both viable proposals through personalized training itineraries presented.
